For those of you who don't know us, we are Dave and Kelli, a brother and sister team dedicated to helping others become the best version of themselves.

You may not know it to look at us, but we both used to struggle with our weight.
I (Dave), got into fitness at a very young age. I began lifting weights — though not consistently — at the age of 12 years old. From that time, up until about the time I was 18, I learned everything I could about weightlifting and cardiovascular training.
 
Once football ended my senior year of high school, I decided to give up on fitness — actually, I decided to give up on taking care of myself in general.

By the time I turned 19, I found myself 45 pounds overweight and hardly recognized the person I saw in the mirror.

It was at that time that I made a vow to myself that I was going to learn everything I could about diet and nutrition and began to completely turn my life around.

After two years of hard work and a ton of research — coupled with trial and error, I not only lost 45 pounds, but completely transformed my physique.

I began to realize that I was on to something and this spurred a 6 year — from when I was 21 to now — journey of me researching and experimenting with not only nutrition and exercise, but personal development, psychology, and philosophy as well.

As time went on, in addition to diving deep into the science of exercise, nutrition, and psychology, I began to develop various philosophies that I now live by — including the weight loss and weight management philosophy taught in this program.

It wasn't long before people started turning to me to help them lose weight, build muscle, eat healthier, etc.
 
After successfully helping several people reach their goals — Kelli included — I decided that it was time for me to create a website in order to reach and help more people. This is where the website, philosopheroffitness.com was born.

Until now, I have not shared the principles contained in this program with ANYONE outside of people in my inner circle.
